Licensed, registered, accountable

Eona is a registered trademark and part of Bullion Link Trading – FZCO, Trade Licence No. 53684, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). The company is registered with the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism as a Dealer in Precious Metals and Stones and is supervised by that Ministry for anti-money-laundering purposes.

Bullion Link Trading – FZCO operates under UAE AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and sanctions law. EONA sells physical precious metals on an execution-only basis; it is not licensed by the Capital Market Authority or the Central Bank of the UAE.

Sourcing concerns

Anyone, client or not, can raise a concern about the origin of the metal we sell — including links to conflict, human-rights abuses, forced or child labour, money laundering or sanctions evasion — through our confidential channel: sourcing@eona.ae. You do not need proof, and you may write anonymously.

Every concern is treated confidentially and reviewed by our Money Laundering Reporting Officer, independently of the business area concerned. We do not allow any reprisal against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Where the law requires it, we report to the competent UAE authorities.
