Once your account is verified, send a bank transfer from your registered bank account, choose your metal and amount, and confirm the order at the price shown on the platform.
From purchase to vault
- Choose your metal — select the metal and amount directly in the Eona app.
- Allocation — we buy the metal after you place your order and allocate it to identified bars, recorded to you against each bar's serial number, once it has been delivered to the vault. Until then your order is shown as awaiting allocation.
- Storage — stored with an independent vault operator, Loomis, in Dubai.
- Access anytime — log in to view your holdings and bar list, or sell back to us, 24/7.
Each purchase carries a 1.00% commission plus 5% VAT (1.05% in total), and all fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Orders are final once confirmed, except for pricing errors, non-allocation or our breach, which are refunded in full.
