You can close your account at any time, free of charge. Before closing, you need to sell your metal back to us (or instruct us to sell it at the sell price shown on the platform) and pay any fees due.
To close your account, contact support at support@eona.ae from your registered email address. The amount due to you is paid to your registered bank account. We are required by law to retain certain records after closure, as described in our Privacy Policy.
