When you sell metal from your dashboard, the sale executes at the sell price shown on the platform and the proceeds are paid to your registered bank account once the sale has been settled.
Payments are made only to a bank account in your own name. The exact arrival time depends on your bank and the currency of the transfer. You can instead choose to keep proceeds for your next purchase; unused amounts are refunded automatically after 30 days.
If a payment appears delayed beyond the expected window, contact support with the transaction reference from your dashboard and we will trace it.
