What happens to my metals if something happens to Eona

Back to Storage & Vaulting

Because your metals are allocated, they are physically assigned to you and held in your name — not pooled, and not a claim on Eona's balance sheet.

If something were to happen to Eona, your assets remain safe and legally yours, held independently in your name in the vault. There is no counterparty risk of the kind associated with unallocated metal, which is a claim against a bank.

If you stop using the platform, your metals remain yours: you can redeem them, transfer them, or sell at any time.

Unresolved concern, or a question about AML or KYC? You can escalate to the compliance team of Bullion Link Trading FZCO on the compliance page.
